RCC Western Stores, Inc. Contest and Giveaway Terms and Conditions 

1. Dates of Entry

RCC/Ariat® PBR Dream Trip is open for entry on May 1st, 2012 at 12:00am MST and will close for drawing purposes on July 8, 2012 at 12:00am MST or at the discretion of RCC Western Stores, Inc. RCC Western Stores, Inc. holds the right to alter giveaway/contest entry schedules as deemed necessary, with full disclosure via the RCCWestern.com contests page. 

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to residents of the contiguous 48 states. Must be 18 yrs of age of older. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of RCC Western Stores, Inc. and their families are ineligible.

3. Entering

To Enter:

*  Visit any RCC Western Store location and fill out an entry form; or

*  Visit the RCCWesternStores.com contest page to view and select current giveaways/contests.

*  Click applicable "enter" link for selected giveaway/contest and fill out presented entry form in its entirety.  

     a. Entrants must fully read and understand the RCC Western Stores, Inc. Giveaway and Contest Terms and Conditions.

     b. Indicate that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions within the entry form page.

     c. Click "Submit" to finalize entry into the selected Giveaway/Contest. 

4. Winners Selection, Notification and Acceptance

Finalists will be selected via random drawing, conducted on the date indicated under official giveaway/contest section of the contest page. Finalists will be notified via phone no later than 24 hours following giveaway/contest closing date. Winners must respond to notification in order to receive their prize. In the event that a winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, the prize will be considered forfeited. When applicable, prizes will be mailed to the winners as soon as a response to the notification is received. 

5. Prizes

All prizes are to be fully indicated on the official giveaway/contest section of the contest page. Prizes may not be substituted based on any preference or gender discrepencies. Winners may not contact prize vendors for substitution of prizes. Any questions/concerns regarding prizes are to be directed to RCC Western Stores, Inc. via the Customer Service/FAQ page. 

6. Participation

By entering any giveaway/contest conducted on www.rccwesternstores.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. RCC Western Stores, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaways/contests at any time. No purchase necessary to participate. All decisions made by RCC Western Stores, Inc. are final.
